The hotel offers stunning views from the charming rooms with balconies and hammocks; however, the rooms are showing signs of age. The service was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making my stay feel special. The location, perched high atop the Northern cliffs near La Quebrada, provides a peaceful retreat but is a bit isolated from the lively beach scene. While dining service could improve, the seriously yummy Pork Belly made up for any delays. The facilities are adequate but could use some updating.

Although the rooms were a bit dirty and could use some updating, my stay at this hotel for the last 40 years was quite basic. However, the service was outstanding, being the friendliest and most inviting throughout my entire trip. The location on a cliff with a beautiful view of the Pacific ocean near La Quebrada in Old Acapulco was truly upper class.

I stayed at this hotel that offers a mixed experience. The rooms, while rustic at best, did have a private balcony with a spectacular view of the cliffs, but being under the restaurant was not ideal. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - they did give us a discount for a misunderstanding but seemed hesitant to modernize. The location, although on a beautiful cliff overlooking the Pacific ocean, was a bit far from the main sights in Acapulco. The dining could have been better prepared and quicker, with a highlight being the fresh pasta.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The rooms were cozy and charming, especially with the balcony complete with a hammock overlooking the sea, although the absence of air conditioning was a bit of a letdown. The service was top-notch, with the friendliest staff I encountered during my entire trip. Dining could use some improvement in speed and preparation, but the overall experience was delightful.

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a unique experience. The rooms, although simple and reminiscent of the 1950s, offered a cozy stay with a touch of history. The service, while not focused on modernizing, was truly friendly and welcoming. The location, high atop the Northern cliffs, provided a stunning view of the Pacific ocean, though a bit far from the center of Acapulco. The dining experience could have been improved, with slower service and room for better preparation. The facilities overall were satisfactory, offering the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Staying at this hotel was a mix of incredible views and not-so-clean rooms. The private balcony overlooking the cliffs was truly spectacular, and the transfers to and from the airport made my travel more convenient, a tradition followed for 40 years. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown.

The hotel is perched high atop the Northern cliffs on the Peninsula in an upper-class residential area, offering a spectacular private viewpoint of the best sunset in Acapulco. The rooms, although overlooking the cliffs, are in need of refurbishment. The service, while friendly and helpful, might be holding onto past glory. Dining could improve in terms of efficiency and preparation, but homemade marmalade adds a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, though a bit pricey, were good in size, with a nice balcony and killer views. However, some lacked this balcony perk. The service was quite friendly and accommodating, but there was a little hiccup with our booking. The location on the Northern cliffs was breathtaking, though a bit far from the center. The dining could have been better and faster, but the French toasts were a treat.
